Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, features, and functionality of the TradeTicket platform, including but not limited to:

• Software, source code, and compiled applications
• User interface designs, graphics, and visual elements
• Text, documentation, and written content
• Logos, trademarks, and brand identity
• The database structure and the qualification pack data format
• The rules engine and the logic it uses to compute progress

are the property of TradeTicket and are protected under Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Evidence Belongs to You

Photos and PDFs you upload as Evidence are yours. Uploading them to TradeTicket does not transfer ownership to us. By uploading Evidence, you grant TradeTicket, your Employer, and your RTO a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and use it for the purpose of reviewing, signing off, and assessing your apprenticeship progress, and nothing beyond that purpose.

See our Terms of Service (section 6) for what you're responsible for when a photo captures more than your own work (other people, a client's premises, or equipment that isn't yours), and our Privacy Policy for how we handle that Evidence once uploaded.

Prohibited Activities

Without our prior written consent, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of the platform itself
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the platform
• Distribute, licence, or sell any part of the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use automated systems to extract data from the platform

Limited Licence

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, TradeTicket grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and may be terminated at any time for violation of these terms.

Trademarks

"TradeTicket" and the TradeTicket logo are trademarks of TradeTicket. You must not use them without prior written permission. All other names, logos, and product names on the platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised

Governing Law
